THIS IS A GENERAL ITINERARY THAT MAY CHANGE! All changes to times will be announced the week of the game depending on the distance of the game and/or special circumstances (we need to perform pre-game, roads closed due to homecoming parade, etc.).

All students will be dismissed from the bandroom at the conclusion of announcements. We will announce arrival times once we depart the stadium via Remind Text Alerts. AFTER GAME PROCEDURES
- Following the end of the football game, the band’s activities will vary due to different situations. Possible events include an immediate departure, post-game stand still performance, or post-game marching performance. The decision as to post-game procedures will be made by the director and announced as far in advance as possible.
- Following the departure of the band from the stands, the band will march to the bandroom for home games or march to the buses for away games. All students must travel back from the away games on the buses with the band.
- Following arrival to Cherokee Bluff (home & away), all students will gather immediately in the bandroom for viewing the evening’s performance, final announcements and dismissal.
- Following dismissal, the bandroom WILL be left in its original condition. No uniform items, music, or any other personal item should be left in the bandroom.
- Students should leave Cherokee Bluff promptly after being dismissed.
CONCERT PROCEDURES
On the day of a Cherokee Bluff Band concert, students will be expected to assist in the transport of percussion equipment, chairs and stands to and from the performance site. Transport and setup of equipment to the performance site will normally occur immediately following school on the day of the concert. Break-down and transport of equipment back to the original location will normally occur immediately following the concert. It is part of their responsibility as percussionists.
Student arrival times and warm-up procedures will be announced to the students during class. Times will vary due to concert times, locations, and band placements.
