Being able to communicate with students and parents quickly and efficiently is a goal of the Cherokee Bluff Band Directors.  The Cherokee Bluff Band program utilizes an online database called CUT TIME.  We ask for ALL students and parents to have an account set up through CUT TIME as soon as possible.  Directors are able to send out information through email and/or text for those who are registered.  We promise to respect your time and try to send only communication that applied to you and your student.  CUT TIME allows us to form different groups to help limit the sending out of communication to unnecessary persons.  

To access CUT TIME, please click the image above (or go to www.cuttime.net). After arriving on the CUT TIME website, choose "Student/Parent Sign Up" at the top of the page under the main menu section.  For Subscribing Groups, type in "Cherokee Bluff Band" (which will probably appear as a choice) and fill out the rest of the form.  We will get a notification and you will receive an email with additional information.  Please see the band directors for more information.

CUT TIME is an online database that CBBA uses to manage and maintain the student accounts, inventory, sign up volunteers and contact information.  Student account statements can be viewed at any time by all band families through CUT TIME.

EVERY PARENT AND STUDENT INVOLVED IN THE CHEROKEE BLUFF BAND PROGRAM MUST SIGN UP.
