2024 Hall Co. Marching BAND Exhibition
This is a High School Event
Monday, September 16, 2024
West Hall HIGH SCHOOL
5500 McEver Road, Oakwood, GA 30566
$10.00 admission fee; $6.00 students, (all children 5 and under are free)
Cash, card, check accepted at gate
3:45pm Students will meet in the bandroom to gather uniforms and load equipment.
4:00pm All equipment trailers must be loaded and ready to roll.
4:15pm Final Announcements
4:30pm Load Buses / Depart for West Hall HS
5:00pm Arrive at West Hall HS / Wait on the bus for further instructions
TBA Unload buses and head to the stadium (we have designated seating).
Large instruments (drums/sousas) can be left on the track in front of us until it's time for us to perform. Smaller instruments should go with the students into the stands, and pit equipment will be staged in the endzone.

6:20pm - National Anthem by CBHS Chorus Representatives
6:25pm - Flowery Branch HS
6:50pm - Chestatee HS
7:15pm - Cherokee Bluff HS
7:40pm - East Hall HS
8:05pm - North Hall HS
8:30pm - Johnson HS
8:55pm - West Hall HS
Our dinner plan is for the students to purchase items from the concession stands and eat in the stands. Concessions include drinks, hamburgers/cheeseburgers, pizza, fries, Chick-fil-A sandwiches, nachos, candy and chips. Specialty concessions to include elote, tamales, and tacos!!
The event should conclude around 9:15pm. Students will be asked to assist in putting things back to the bandroom before dismissal.
