2025 Hall Co. Marching BAND Exhibition
This is a High School Event
Monday, September 15, 2025
NORTH Hall HIGH SCHOOL
4885 Mount Vernon Road, Gainesville, GA 30506
FREE admission; parking will be a mess (JS)
Spectators can park along the stadium and front of school.
We will utilize concessions for our meals.
3:45pm Students will meet in the bandroom to gather uniforms and load equipment.
4:00pm All equipment trailers must be loaded and ready to roll.
4:15pm Final Announcements
4:30pm Load Buses / Depart for North Hall HS
5:15pm Arrive at North Hall HS / Buses & Equipment Trailers use Middle School entrance from Rilla Road.
Students will unload and buses will go park by track/practice field. Trailers use Middle School parking lot.
TBA Unload buses and head to the stadium (we have designated seating/look for "CBHS").
Large instruments (drums/sousas) can be left on the sidelines in front of us until it's time for us to perform. Smaller instruments should go with the students into the stands, and pit equipment will be staged in the endzone.

5:30pm - National Anthem by NHHS Chorus Representatives
5:45pm - Banks Co. HS
6:00pm - West Hall HS
6:15pm - Flowery Branch HS
6:30pm - Chestatee HS
6:45pm - Cherokee Bluff HS
7:00pm - East Hall HS
7:15pm - Johnson HS
7:30pm - North Hall HS
Our dinner plan is for the students to purchase items from the concession stands and eat in the stands. Concessions include drinks, hamburgers/cheeseburgers, pizza, fries, etc. with several food trucks, brusters ice cream, and other vendors.
The event should conclude around 9:00pm....tradition says this usually runs very late. Students will be asked to assist in putting things back to the band room before dismissal.
