2022 Hall Co. Marching BAND Exhibition
This is a High School Event

CHEROKEE BLUFF HIGH SCHOOL
$8.00 admission fee; all children 5 and under are free
Students will meet in the Band Room after school on Monday, September 19 (3:45pm) to help with last minute preparations for the event and assist parent volunteers with setting up areas. Students will need to gather equipment and uniforms and set up in the stadium by 5:15pm.
Parent volunteers must enter through the band room entrance (east side of campus near the main gym/baseball fields) to sign-in and get a volunteer badge. Because we are hosting this large event, we may need additional volunteers - please help if you are available.
Buses and equipment trailers will be entering campus from the Elizabeth Lane entrance. Please try to avoid this area, as we will need to use it for buses and equipment trailers from visiting schools.
Parents, spectators, and staff should park in the student parking lot and enter the stadium from the admissions gate. Tickets for adult patrons is $8 (Children 5 and under are free).
Large instruments (drums/sousas) can be left on the track near the locker rooms until it's time for us to perform. Smaller instruments should go with the students into the stands, and pit equipment will be staged in the endzone.

6:00pm - National Anthem by CBHS Chorus Representatives
6:10pm - Johnson HS
6:35pm - West Hall HS
7:00pm - Flowery Branch HS
7:25pm - Cherokee Bluff HS
7:50pm - North Hall HS
8:15pm - Chestatee HS
8:40pm - East Hall HS
Our dinner plan is for the students to purchase items from the concession stands and eat in the stands.
The event should conclude around 9:00pm. Students will be asked to assist in putting things back to the bandroom before dismissal.
