Game Permission Form
The CBMS 8th Grade Band and the CBHS Band have a really exciting performance coming up on Tuesday, April 16th.  We have been invited to perform the Star-Spangled Banner at the Gwinnett Stripers game that night.  As always, this is a required performance for 8th Grade and CBHS Band students.  The game begins at 7:05pm and we will perform around 6:45pm.  Students will need to stay after school and will travel on school buses to and from the game.  Parents are encouraged to attend but will need to purchase their own tickets for the game.  Students may ride home with their parents as long as Mr. Lonberger or Mr. Cantrell has a note documenting that they will do so.  Since it is a school night, we will not stay for the entire game.  We will leave around 9:00pm and should be back at CB by 9:30pm.  Attire for the performance will be blue jeans and a white CB Band t-shirt that each student will need to purchase.  Tennis shoes are acceptable and students may want to wear sunglasses since we will be facing the sun when we perform.  Students should return the permission slip (click "Game Permission Form" above, along with $20 Cash or Check (CBBA) by Monday, March 25th to pay for their game ticket and t-shirt.
