Winterguard Competition No. 1: Cass High School

Cass High School
1000 Colonel Way
White, GA 30184
Note: We have ONE chaperone ticket left for this weekend’s show. If you are interested in helping us, please respond to this email and let us know!

Since it's show week, if a student misses one or both rehearsals, we have to determine whether the student will be able to perform based on what we feel is appropriate for safety reasons.

Itinerary:
7:30am: Call time @ CBHS
8:00am: Depart from CBHS
9:45am: Arrive at Cass High School
10:00am: Check in at
11:48am: Performance

7:30pm: Retreat (awards)
8:30pm: Depart from Cass High School
*We will post on the CB Band page when we are on the way back to CBHS with an estimated ETA*
Note: If a student wishes to leave early and ride home with a PARENT (not a friend), there must be written documentation (note or email) that includes a cell number. When the event is over, the PARENT must meet either Nelly or Sierra IN-PERSON to check out the student.
We are following the same procedure for marching band.

Concessions:
Since we will be there for the day, students will need to bring money for lunch and dinner, as well as any extra money for the merchandise booths if they would like to purchase any. Please make sure to plan accordingly so students bring cash and/or a card, as we have not been informed which payment method Cass High School will accept.
