                                                anything.

4:00PM                              COMPETITION PERFORMANCE

TBA                                     Following our performance, we will move back to the buses/equipment trailer to put up all equipment.
Students will change out of their uniforms (Student Leaders will need to wear their uniforms for the awards                                                    ceremony). After putting away all equipment, we will move together as a group back to the stadium to watch
other bands and visit concessions. We will all sit together in our assigned area in the stands.

8:30PM                                Student Leaders will need to gather for the Awards Ceremony following the Franklin Co. HS Band
performance. You will need to be in FULL UNIFORM.

8:45PM                                 Awards Ceremony

9:30PM                                 Load Buses & Depart for CBHS (make sure you use the restroom before we leave!).

10:45PM                               Arrive Back at CBHS - all members are dismissed once we have unloaded all equipment and cleaned
                                              the band room.

Our plan for dinner is that the students will purchase items from the concession stands and eat in the stands.  Students will need spending money for concessions.

We will treat this event like it is an “Away Game”, therefore, if students are going to ride home with parents following the competition, we need to have a letter documentation prior to departure of Cherokee Bluff and the parent will need to check-in with Mr. Cantrell or Mr. Lonberger before leaving.

School buses will be bringing students back to Cherokee Bluff around 10:45pm. Students should call/text parents once we depart the competition.

Should you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact Mr. Cantrell ([email protected]).
