2025 CBHS LGPE Itinerary
Date:
Wednesday, March 12th
Time:
All students should report to the HS Band Room by 8:00am.
The Concert Band will perform at 2:00pm; The Symphonic Band will perform at 5:30pm.
Where:
Hart County High School (59 Fifth Street, Hartwell, GA 30643)
We will perform in the Performing Arts Center. Admission is free, and parents are welcome to attend.
Dress:
Come to school dressed in concert attire
Ladies: Black Dress (full length) or Dress Pants (no jeans!)
Black Sleeved Top
Black Hose or Stockings
Black Closed Toe Shoes
Gentlemen: Long-sleeve Black Dress Shirt (button down)
Black Neck Tie
Black Dress Pants or Tuxedo Pants (no jeans!)
Black Dress Shoes (or marching band shoes)
Black Socks
Food:
Students should turn in $10 cash to Mr. Cantrell by Monday, March 10th to cover lunch.
Students will receive a boxed Chick-fil-A lunch including a chicken sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink for lunch.
Itinerary:
8:00am Students report to the High School Band Room instead of reporting to 1st period
8:05am Load equipment
8:15am Depart for Hart County HS
10:30am Arrive at Hart County HS
10:40am Report to the PAC to watch the CBMS Festival Band perform
11:00am CBMS Festival Band performs
12:00noon LUNCH (Chick-fil-A box lunch)
1:00pm Concert Band reports to Equipment trailer for equipment prior to Warm-Up
1:30pm Concert Band to Warm-Up
2:00pm Concert Band Performs
2:30pm Concert Band reports to Sight-Reading Room
3:00pm Concert Band reports back to Equipment trailer to debrief and put away equipment
4:30pm Symphonic Band reports to Equipment trailer for equipment prior to Warm-Up
5:00pm Symphonic Band to Warm-Up
5:30pm Symphonic Band Performs
6:00pm Symphonic Band reports to Sight-Reading Room
6:30pm Symphonic Band reports back to Equipment trailer to debrief and put away equipment
6:45pm Depart Hart Co. High School for CBHS
8:00pm Arrive back at CBMS (Travel Updates will be posted on the CBBA Facebook page and CutTime communications)
