$10 Admission; Parking will be a mess (just sayin')
We will utilize concessions for our meals. Water stations will be set up throughout the stadium.

We will utilize concessions for our meals. Water stations will be set up throughout the stadium.
3:45pm Students will meet in the bandroom to gather uniforms and load equipment.
4:00pm All equipment trailers must be loaded and ready to roll.
4:15pm Final Announcements
4:30pm Load Buses / Depart for East Hall Stadium
5:15pm Arrive at East Hall Stadium
Buses will drop off students at the main entrance
Equipment trailer will need to be unloaded, and all equipment (including props) will need to be unloaded
and pushed down the hill to the field.
TBA Unload buses and head to the stadium (we have designated seating/see below).
Large instruments (drums/sousas) can be left on the sidelines in front of us until it's time for us to perform. Smaller instruments should go with the students into the stands, and pit equipment will be staged in the endzone.

5:00pm - Gates Open
5:45pm - Banks Co. HS
6:00pm - North Hall HS
6:20pm - West Hall HS
6:40pm - Flowery Branch HS
7:00pm - Chestatee HS
7:20pm - Cherokee Bluff HS
7:40pm - Johnson HS
8:00pm - East Hall HS
Our dinner plan is for the students to purchase items from the concession stands and eat in the stands. Concessions include drinks, hamburgers/cheeseburgers, pizza, fries, etc., with several food trucks.
The event should conclude around 8:30pm....tradition says this usually runs very late. Students will be asked to help put things back in the band room before dismissal.
