Cherokee Bluff vs. West Hall HS (Away)

We will be wearing our Full Uniform for this performance (Black Marching Shoes, Long Black Socks, Black Wicking Shirt, etc..)
Students should also bring Water Jugs.

4:35pm All truck crew, percussionists, and tubas should begin loading equipment on trailers.
4:45pm Students should change into Black Show Shirt, Black Shorts, and Athletic Shoes (students may wear sun glasses)
4:50pm All large equipment must be loaded onto the band trailers (front ensemble, batterie percussion, sousaphones, etc.).
All other equipment will have to be carried onto the bus.
5:00pm. Pre-Game Dinner provided by CBBA.
5:45pm All equipment should be loaded and students should be seated in seats ready for Final Announcements
5:55pm Load Buses / Depart for West Hall HS (address above).
6:30pm Arrive at West Hall HS - buses will park in the designated spaces (TBA).
6:40pm Begin unloading buses/equipment - all cases should be left on the bus.
Front Ensemble equipment can be placed on the track prior to the game starting.
Drum & Sousaphone cases should be loaded back on the trailer.
6:55pm Full Band should be set and ready to warm-up (TBA)
7:30pm KICK-OFF

2nd Qrt. HALFTIME PERFORMANCE
After
Halftime Band Reports Back to Stands to be dismissed for 3rd quarter break;
BE BACK IN THE STANDS AT 2:00 to play in the 3rd quarter.
After the
Game Band will exit stands and move immediately to buses for departure.
TBA Band departs for CBHS (students should call/text parents in route)
TBA Arrive Back at CBHS.
We will post updates on the CBBA Facebook Page and send an estimated time of arrival through Cut Time.
