Cherokee Bluff vs. East Hall (Away)
Game Site: East Hall Stadium: 3633 Old Cornelia Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30507, which is NOT AT THE HIGH SCHOOL, it is about ¼ mile from the high school.

Students can wear a HALLOWEEN COSTUME for this performance; however, the costume must allow the student to fully be able to perform the show, as we are performing our entire show for Halftime. Students should also bring water jugs.
4:00pm All truck crew, percussionists, and tubas should begin loading equipment on trailers.
4:15pm Students should change into Spirit Uniforms:
Purple Golf Shirt, Black Shorts/Skorts, and Athletic Shoes
(Students may wear sunglasses.)
4:20pm All large equipment must be loaded onto the band trailers (front ensemble, batterie percussion, sousaphones, etc.).
All other equipment must be carried onto the bus.
4:30pm Pre-Game Dinner provided by CBBA. (Halloween Meal / Trunk-or-Treat)
5:45pm All equipment should be loaded, and students should be seated in their seats, ready for Final Announcements
6:00pm Load Buses / Depart for East Hall HS (address above).
6:45pm Arrive at East Hall: Buses will park on the top by the visitor side in the grassy area.
Equipment trailers will go down the hill to the paved loading pad located near field level.
6:40pm Begin unloading buses/equipment—all cases should be left on the bus.
Front Ensemble equipment can be placed on the track prior to the game starting.
Drum & Sousaphone cases should be loaded back on the trailer.
6:55pm Full Band should be set and ready to warm-up (TBA)
7:30pm KICK-OFF

2nd Qrt. Halftime Performance
After
Halftime Band will have a break;
BE BACK IN THE STANDS AT 2:00 left in Halftime.
After the
Game Band will exit the stands and move immediately to buses for departure.
TBA Band departs for CBHS (students should call/text parents en route)
TBA Arrive Back at CBHS.
We will post updates on the CBBA Facebook Page and send an estimated time of arrival through Cut Time.
