Cherokee Bluff vs. Jefferson HS (Away)

We will be wearing spirit attire for this performance (purple/gray/white/silver). Please dress warmly.
Students should also bring Water Jugs.

3:35pm All truck crew, percussionists, and tubas should begin loading equipment on trailers.
3:45pm Students should change into their CB Spirit attire. Again, be sure you dress warmly; it will be cooler than usual.
3:50pm All large equipment must be loaded onto the band trailers (front ensemble, batterie percussion, sousaphones, etc.).
All other equipment will have to be carried onto the bus.
4:10pm. Pre-Game Dinner provided by CBBA.
4:45pm All equipment should be loaded and students should be seated in seats ready for Final Announcements
4:55pm Load Buses / Depart for Jefferson HS (address above).
6:30pm Arrive at Jefferson HS; buses will park in the designated spaces (TBA).
6:40pm Begin unloading buses/equipment; all cases should be left on the bus.
Front Ensemble equipment can be placed on the track prior to the game starting.
Drum & Sousaphone cases should be loaded back on the trailer.
6:55pm Full Band should be set and ready to warm-up (TBA)
7:30pm KICK-OFF
End of
2nd Qtr. Halftime. It is their senior night; we are not performing, so we will take a break to visit concessions.
End of Students will have a short break, but will need to return to the stands with
Halftime with 2:00 remaining in halftime.
After the
Game Band will exit stands and move immediately to buses for departure.
TBA Band departs for CBHS (students should call/text parents in route)
TBA Arrive Back at CBHS.
We will post updates on the CBBA Facebook Page and send an estimated time of arrival through Cut Time.
